What is PDRN?
PDRN stands for polydeoxyribonucleotide, a DNA-derived ingredient often sourced from salmon. We are happy to answer any questions about the product we use at your appointment.
How many sessions will I need?
This varies between clients, a minimum of 3 sessions is recommended. We will recommend a plan based on your skin and goals.
Is it suitable for everyone?
No. Suitability depends on your skin, medical history, medications and previous treatments. Please contact us before booking if you have an active skin condition, infection, healing difficulties, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Can I have it if I have a fish allergy?
No. Please disclose any fish allergy before booking. As the serum is salmon-derived, treatment should not proceed without a review of the product’s ingredients and suitability.
Can I have microneedling over active acne?
Please contact us first if you have inflamed breakouts or a skin infection. We may recommend postponing treatment or choosing an alternative.
Does the treatment hurt?
Comfort varies from person to person. You may experience a prickling sensation or discomfort during treatment. We will explain the procedure and comfort measures before starting.
Is there any downtime?
